For registration to our services:

In case you are a student, academic or researcher you can use your university credentials to register to our services by clicking on the button academic login. As regards research or academic institutions, we collect the name, surname, position, contact details (email and phone number) of the institution’s representative (contact person). For handling your requests we collect log files and traffic data.

For searching and browsing the central catalog of CLARIN:EL:

we collect your name, surname, email address, affiliation, username, password, date of birth and metadata of your academic activity and log files. We may also collect the search filters that you select to narrow down your research.

For creating and uploading language resources to CLARIN:EL:

For downloading, editing, processing or extracting data analytics about language resources:
